Add keybinding to start server #51

Add hot key to start server.

You could start a server when you are editing a file inside the project.
It will find the first run configuration of this problem to start.(Using Debug 
mode)

And defect hotkey is Alt+z , you could modify it in Eclipse keys settings.
(Window -> Perference -> General -> Keys )

Find "Debug Jetty Web Application" in "Run Jetty Run" category .

If you have any idea or suggestion for this, please let me know.
