shortcut bug #79

if your project already have a RJR , 
and then you run a java application (or anything that have run confiration).

Then you run the project with RJR shortcut again , 
it will find wrong configuration and cause error.

Fixed since 2011/7/4 , will be in 1.3 ,committed in r196.
