Wrecks not removed after 2 hours #116

I blew up several rats (.spawned) last night, left a ton of cans and wrecks outside the station. They were still there when I came back this morning. This is has been an issue for sometime.

Will look into that. GC has been working up until this point.

In fact, there were cans out in Peroid Basis that I created more than a month ago. And some unachored stations floating in space...

are they empty?

current code is (incorrectly) only enabling GC timer when container in space is empty. will work on this a bit more after target corrections

server is showing this working, but may not be all cans.

Amsen station is still cluttered from my tests many weeks ago.

Amsen VI-1 station still looks like a junkyard, dozen of wrecks from more than a year ago (!)
