New ore collected while mining doesn't automatically stack #122

this is correct behavior on live, but it should stack here. i dont remember if i disabled it or not, but i have disabled stacking for most things (caused problems when splitting stacks)

so, maybe touch. lol

this was in fact disabled. i have this enabled again for mining only. i will look into stacking for salvage. it should be fairly easy.

update stacking salvage was easy to implement. this is also enabled.

This appears to work for salvaging ( seem to get everything in 5's, not sure if that's expected...). But can't test Ore, since it's broken. Blocked: #139

hmmm....that's not right. i'll make note on salvagers....it should be random(0-5)

It stacks when a cycle completes on the same asteroid, but you get separate stacks when the asteroid is depleted?

that is interesting. i'll have to review this a bit closer, as i have not encountered it before.
