Naga role bonus not being applied #129

Tested on dev eb777b: Equip a Naga with a Neutron Blaster Cannon II. The role bonuses of the naga should reduce the requirements of fitting this weapon. eg: Equipping the above costs you almost ~94MW of PG, it should be reduced to ~5.

Nevermind, the fitting window shows the value AFTER, so it's correct.
