jetcans are removed upon docking #153

jettison some loot outside a station, then dock up. undock, and your can is gone. it should stick around for several hours

two hours, for sure. i'll have to look closely for this one......last time this happened, it was a bubble problem

even worse, I can salvage someone else's wreck, and if the wreck had an item, a jetcan is created. dock up, and all the cans disappear, even ones that aren't mine.
