It looks is your directory haven't game.json file, but our program don't need this file. And your directory‘'s path looks strange

I don't know why the project needs this file,I just downloaded the project, unzipped it and ran it My project path is D:\Project\webAR\EasyAR-miniprogram-WebAR-Demo-master\EasyAR-miniprogram-WebAR-Demo-master

Try to put the unzipped file under an empty folder and using the WeChat Developer tool to open it again.
