Better and custom hover text for complex plots

add option to plot component for string providing label of value and add this label to the hover info in an informed way ;-)

@lekroll I can't recall what or if we talked details on what was your vision around detailing the on hover template content regarding data to that point. Would you mind maybe giving some explanation or some hints on what you've thought about so I can implement it.

I already fixed the localization issue #27

  1. X and Y data title
  2. give x and y more descriptive
  3. make decimal places configurable
