add dockerfile for hosting with kubernetes #35

Create a docker compose file to build and host the app on our cluster. Repo needs to be transferred to internal gitlab to accomplish this. Needs help from @anjaseidel

From my side, all preparations have been made to automatically build a Docker image from a gitlab repo and to automatically update the corresponding Kubernetes deployment. @Inoakabu Please let me know if you have created a Dockerfile or if you need help creating one.
