data_10Xpbmc.Rmd file not found #1

Dear developers,

When trying to run the example following run_crema_10Xpbmc.Rmd, it says one of the input was the 10x PBMC multiome pre-processed by data_10Xpbmc.Rmd.

However, this file cannot be found in the github. Would you kindly provide this file so that we can create corresponding files needed for the example run?

Hi sorry about the confusion. The data_10Xpbmc.Rmd should actually be the data_human_10Xpbmc.Rmd file in the CREMA_manuscript repository. I'll update the vignette to make it clear.

Thank you very much for the clarification! I managed to go through data_human_10Xpbmc.Rmd with example dataset now, will proceed with the CREMA tutorial afterwards :)
