Always On top when switching between desktops #238

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When you select the "On top" mode, it works only for one desktop! when you switch to another desktop then the timer stays in previous desktop! Describe the solution you'd like Always stay on top even in switching desktop Describe alternatives you've considered Buying a physical timer so that the timer is always in front of me. Additional context Options to change the notification sound (break, or start of next Pomodoro round)

This might not really be a straightforward one as it may vary depending on the OS and how electron can detect it. Though we will want to check if it works on different desktop environments on linux as well as on windows. We can skip mac as they have an odd swiping system which I don't know if you can render over without additional perms.
