chore(audio): change bells to royalty free sound #602

This PR fixes #400. I've used this royalty free sound https://pixabay.com/sound-effects/service-bell-ring-14610.

It was really weird for me to be working in a linux machine and suddenly listening to a windows sound. 😅

Not sure if this is my personal preference of sound especially as it could be quite startling for headphone users as well as distracting for others that would randomly hear this in an office.

Though it definitely needs to be switched from a windows sound.

No problem, feel free to choose any other. I just feel like moving away from the windows sound.
