Dev Mode CloudManager is not being installed #129

In the Sample project generated by the AppCreator

The mvn -Phot-deploy install does not install the Dev Mode CloudManager if its 
not present in the local maven repository.

This is an issue with the remote artifact not being downloaded from the 
OpenMobster Maven repository
