[Feature] Config option to control Project View decoration collapsing #388

Currently only top-level Project View node for repository is decorated. In the past more items were decorated - for example module nodes.

Add configuration option to enable decoration collapsing. Default value is true.

GitToolBox > Project View > Collapse repository decoration
