[Feature] How do I contribute a translate? #537

I see #533 and some comments asking for translation.

Wondering how I can help to contribute some (Simplified Chinese, zh-CN) translations if I want to?

I found https://github.com/zielu/GitToolBox/blob/master/src/main/resources/zielu/gittoolbox/ResourceBundle.properties contains the resource string but I don't have the idea for adopting to other languages.

Hi, resources in this repo do not correspond to current state. I'm cleaning up resource files and will create a separate repo just for translation. I'll ping you (and others that commented on plugin page in marketplace) once I'm done.
