Probably include view page.
Put sections into tabs, or make them collapsible or something (ideally loading on demand only). HowTo 1, HowTo 2, How To 3 (no JS)
Fix date selection (#27), allow range.
Use some reasonable, free CSS styles.

The "limits" tab should be compacted.
