Tuya light TS0505B Brightness jumps from 1 to 254 when using remote

Description of the issue

I have 6 Tuya TS0505B RBG+CCT Lights which are unable to DIM via remote but dim fine when controlled via HA. They were put in a group and I used a ROB_200-008-0 to control them. Only LevelCTRL and OnOff are selected (Also tried with only LevelCTRL) but same behaviour. Other lights (IKEA Tradfri) when paired to this remote work fine when dimming.

Tried to remove the lights from the group and pair only 1 directly to the remote. Same behaviour.

Is this a configuration issue or a software issue? Please let me know if any other information is required.
