Feature Request: Update firmware of sonoff zigbee 3.0 usb dongle via HA Zigbee2Mqtt Addon interface #600

Description of the issue

Updating the firmware of the Sonoff zigbee 3.0 usb dongle ain't a very user friendly experience. In an ideal world it would be very appreciated to update the firmware of those Sonoff zigbee dongles via the HA Zigbee2Mqtt Addon interface.

the "TubesZB TI CC2652 FW Flasher" add-on is a solution, albeit a non-ideal one. But it can save physical access most of the time. Have a look here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W28hdRx0mV4
