Modules/pluginModels.py: Add LIDL plug model A2 #1674

Bought recently this plug with power consumption support from LIDL. Add missing identifier to get it properly reporting power usage.

thanks for your contribution. I might move that one to a new way where we identify in the Config file the list of Manufacturer Name.
