new dependency: LWP::Protocol::https #65

Net::Twitter no longer lists LWP::Protocol::https as a dependency. Twirssi still needs it to log into Twitter.

I think that's actually a bug in N:T? I pinged @semifor, see what he says.

Yes. That looks like an N:T bug to me. Must have lost the dependency in the switch to Dist::Zilla.
