"Update caused an error: Incorrect signature. Aborted." #8

When I /tweet with a french accent, I have a message : "Update caused an error: Incorrect signature. Aborted." I do some tests without success... same issue :-(

With last Net::Twitter (>= 3.13004), it seems OK !
