Allow DMs to be 10k chars long (see link) #83

Twitter allowed DMs to be 10k chars long a couple of years ago, this amends the code to default to 280 chars, but use 10k chars when sending a DM.

@gedge Is anyone looking at issues/pull reqs? - Updated this one to merge with the recent 280-len change - thanks for that btw!
