Listview doesn't call Event_Click when clicking ON the text #9

When a listview has text (and images or other stuff, doesn't matter); it 
generates an Event_Click when you click everywhere in the listviewitem 
rectangle EXCEPT if you click exactly on the text. It does select the item, but 
doesn't generate the click. Is that intentional?
