Reasoning behind "No Pan; Trackball Mouse" only for Fit to Screen? #323

On the current version (0.50 from Play) any device.

Might I be so bold as to ask why Fit to Screen can only be controlled by a 
Trackball? There is no explanation in the User Manual.

This is vaguely related to my Enhancement suggestion (Issue 322.)

Again, I am looking over the code right now to see if this limitation is 
removable. As ever, suggestions are appreciated.

I see no reason why it couldn't be removable. I'll hopefully have a look 
another day as the limit makes it pretty much completely useless on my tablet.
