Add GSM codec for ARMv7 #225

Apple developer tools no longer support ARMv6 so the GSM codec is not available 
when using newer developer tools.

It would be quite helpful to have libgsm.a library for ARMv7. It may also be 
helpful to post instructions on how to build the codec.

We have the same problem, we only can try GSM on simulator, I can not deploy 
program to iPhone physical machine, I guess because I don't have libgsm.a for 
ARMv7 or ARMv7s. If you release libgsm.a that is very good. or another way is 
to release how to build the libgsm.a codec for ARMv7.
