"Failed to Start Sip Stack" after changing Configuration in the Code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the DEFAULT_NETWORK_USE_3G in NgnConfigurationEntry.java to true and 
recompile the project.
2. Install the apk. (beforehand deinstall old versions)
3. Register to IMS using the registration button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
4G/3G/2.5G should be activated. It is shown in the GUI like this, but I need to 
uncheck and recheck the checkbox, otherwise I will get the error: "Failed to 
start the SIP stack" upon registration.
After doing that once it will work though. Plus, Changing the other settings 
works instantly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 553 and from Doubango probably latest, but I do not know how to check 
that.
