video call using 4cif #414

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I use doubango and imsdroid to call video using 4cif.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After several calls , I fount a strange thing: the call session couldn't be 
hung up.
However cif format is OK.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Doubango version is 1127.

Please provide any additional information below.
Anyone has the same problem,or there is something wrong?

after 10 or 9 times, the session couldn't be hung up during p2p veido call if 
the video size is 4cif,buf cif is OK. Does the video size matter ?
