Don't include doc/ in the wheel. #17

Fixes #14. Reduces .whl size by ~6MB (-7%), and extracted size by ~45MB (-12%).

Thank you! We can't remove docs from existing wheels (and uploading new versions of them would create nothing but confusion); but we can fix that going forward.
