Backup Running_time and End_time is missing #58

Backup running_time and end_time is needed in order to better estimate job run 
times.

This estimation is also dependant on having a Level column indicating Full or 
Incremental.

Thanks for a reasonable feature request.

Currently the best there is is creation_time and snapshot_time.

Creation_time is as per when the snapshot shell is instantiated and 
snapshot_time is as per the completion of the actual backup copy - not 
including any applicable apply-log.
