Hi. I want to use JSV. Do you have any plans to publish on CPAN?

Now, JSV does not have enough documentation to use. And its test suites maybe broken. So I'm not maintain it and my colleagues mainly maintain it to use internally.

If you desire, would you write some document as a PR? Sorry, I don't have time to write better document.
