As discussed here I have copied the approach bellow uses to make zigpy-znp run in a dedicated thread.

Not really, no. I have been running my HA with this for quite some time and have seen no issues in HA. The command line seems to have an issue when exiting, though.

I'm afraid I am not knowledgeable enough to complete the To-dos so I am somewhat at a halt here. Any help is appreciated.
