setuptools-git-versioning < 2 still needed? #247

As setuptools-git-versioning 2.0.0 is out since 8.4., building zigpy-znp breaks on some systems.

The specific version doesn't matter much, I just pinned it to < 2 because there was no 2.0.0 when I added the dependency 😄
