I use the most recent zig and zls in a gitpod cloud ide by using update-tools.sh when my cloud host initializes.

I am trying to untangle and improve a few things.

Firstly, zls-vscode has 1.0.2 listed in the readme, the readme points to releases which has 1.0.0, and finally the marketplace has 1.0.4.

How might we resolve this?

https://github.com/zigtools/zls#vscode in particular refers to releases which is out of date
