Frozen Login Screen

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.5
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.type anything into email text box on login screen
2.click login/offline

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
login or error (for incorrect login details), textboxes change colour and 
nothing else happens.

Please provide any additional information below.
task manager says it is running normally however its doesn't seem to be using 
the network (I assume it is meant to).  Have allowed through my firewall as 
well.
OS: Windows 7
Laptop Model: Lenovo Y570

Fixed it, just ran as administrator and its fine
