+Gem level search inability & low resolution display problem

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.90, windows 8
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.check any increased certain gem type to search equipment in "Advanced Search" 
tab would not work properly, it shows no result when there should be. 
this happened in version 1.86 already, after the game updated to make the 
change from mod  description "+X level of gems in this item" into "+x to level 
of socketed gem", this function does't work anymore. 

the second problem is the logo of PoE on the top is taking too much space on 
low resolution screen which results that the content below certain height 
cannot be see. at the time the program starts it hides the top, and if you 
moved it for a bit, it will never go up again - it keeps rejecting itself down 
- probably thanks to microsoft windows. and if you do not move it, there still 
is about half a block in stash height cannot be seen. this does not happen on 
my 1920*1080 desktop screen but happens on my laptop with 1280*800 screen. 
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for the first problem i guess just change the mods' name and things can be done?
for the second problem, maybe making the overall UI wider? the logo looks good 
but low resolution users are really disturbed.

Please paste the contents of your DebugInfo.log file below if applicable.
To minimize the size of the file, delete your existing debuginfo.log file,
before replicating the issue.

exactly the same for me. really annoying and cant make full use of the program

for example it is not possible for me to uncheck certain stash tabs for 
trading. thus i get offers for items which i dont want for sale and i cannot 
change it... i cant make the resolution higer, or i dont know how (not possible 
through standard windows resolution settings).

Hi,

Procurement moved to github over a year ago, and I have not been monitoring the 
google code issue tracker. 

Google is shutting down google code in 3 weeks time, as such I am disabling 
this issue tracker as I will not be able to reply after that date.
