Tool to get statistics of score differences between runs of same video

Problem: Same video run through different models seems to give different scores. Write tool to study the following statistics of score differences:

• std. dev. per class
• score correlation per class
• absolute average per class
• outlier count (outside of 3 std. dev.)

Output: CSV file which can be imported to excel to plot

The excel template for using CSV output is in Asana. Will need to re-open issue if further stats is required.
