Neither this repository nor the packages uploaded to PyPI have a license.

You should probably add a LICENSE file here (DARPA recommends Apache-2.0) and a license="Apache-2.0" field to your setup.py.

RPI mentioned on the call today that this is the old repository, however it is currently used by the primitives: RPI/d3m.primitives.classification.tree_augmented_naive_bayes.BayesianInfRPI/v2020.5.18/primitive.json (also linked as "homepage" from PyPI)
