Update to the newest monaco-editor-version #10

Would it be possible to update to the newest monaco-editor version? I always receive an npm-warning in my project because I use the newest version and this library needs monaco 0.14.0.

monaco-editor-textmate@2.2.1 is live. Please try it out and if everything's nominal, close this issue.

monaco-editor version has been loosened to be 0.x.x as opposed to the previous ^0.14.0

I tried the new version and everything is fine now. Thank you for the fast update!
