Build and release final 1.0.0 version #14

Close this issue only when 1.0.0 is built, verified and released.

What's happening with OpenID 1.0.0 and will it work for Zikula 1.3.x?

This module has bee abandoned by it's developer @rmburkhead and needs someone to pick it up.

Hey @all, I'd like to release 1.0.0 soon. You can download the 1.0.0-rc1 here at the bottom (green button): https://github.com/zikula-modules/OpenID/releases/tag/v1.0.0-rc1 It is important that you _do not download the source directly but use this green button._ Why? An external library is not included in the source directly.

The bad thing is that there are two bugs: One in the core and one in the Legal module. You need to fix them manually. I will make PRs for them too.
