create a 5.0.3 milestone for users running zikula 1.5.x #170

It will take a while until most users can leave the zikula 1.5.x branch. It would be very helpfull to have a release with the fixes comming up since end of 2016 for zikula 1.5.x.

:-1: for a separate branch which means more work for our limited manpower.

Why not stay with the currenbt branch and have a new one for the upcomming activities? That was the way always, why not here?

I was wondering a few days ago about that only one branch is still there for Scribite. At the moment we have no official release of Scribite for Zikula 1.5.x and I cannot understand this way of module development?!
