CKEditor upgrade

Upgrade editor CKEditor to last stable version 4.9.2.

I know branch Scribite 5 is not developed anymore. Anyway it may be in help for those who are still using Zikula 1.3 and have dificulties to upgrade to Zikula 1.5, but like to upgrade CKEditor.

I will try to make PR to master branch in near future.

MORE NOTES

• CKEditor upgraded to version 4.9.2
• New careful selection for the plugins
• Actualisation of ckeditor4_upgrade.txt with instructions for upgrading
• Included is self-developed Imageplus plugin, based on image plugin, with many improvement (will place in Github)
• New upload procedure in controller (used for upload images from image dialog - new feature!)
• Toolbar overwrites remain, added group based toolbar configuration - used if no overwrites are specified)
• Toolbars are updated according to new or upgraded plugins
• Introduced is connection with new file manager for Zikula, based on well know elFinder (https://github.com/Studio-42/elFinder) - it is optional.

For used elFinder integration I created new module Zfiler, for now for Zikula 1.3-1.5: https://github.com/nmpetkov/Zikula-Zfiler

All is tested in real sites.
