More various docker improvements.

For now this is it. I will have more improvements along the way. For sure easy db imports, builds etc... I'm not sure how many people are still using 2x I have working core2 version as well.

I will be updating readme file with docker tricks etc...

Thank you. One question relating the network removal. Where is NGINX_HOST used?

Hi, @Guite lost this comment. NGINX_HOST is used by nginx container to configure host name.
