missing zikula_js.po #1

Hello zikula_js.po is missing in the languages gettetxt branch since the inportation in github.

I do not know if it is related but, translation in the pootle seems to have been lost ( at least in the french branch) : http://translate.zikula.org/fr/zikula/core/1.3.0/ ( zikula_js was totally translated)
