Add ability to to include only "countCode" in the disqus plugin #425

It will be good to add method to the disqus plugin that includes only count 
code. It can be used on pages where a list of topics shown and we want to see a 
comments count.

Now I have include a javascript code to the end of page. Of course I can create 
a page for including but it duplicates the plugin settings.
