page cannot be open after cache reset if url case doesn't match friendly url case #431

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create page and publish it
2. reset cache
3. try to open page by url with different case in some letters

Example. Friendly url: RSS In browser: rss

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: page can be open
See: page cannot be open if case doesn't match

Yes URL are case sensitive. You even can't open /Page of the /page without 
cache reset.
