Title langage #450

Hi,

I have a site with multiple languages​​. So I have several different 
content for each page and also a different title. Unfortunately when using the 
site with a different language, the content changes but not the title 
attribute. This is always the same (in the default language), what is not very 
good for SEO :).

Should we do something special?

How did you make unique links to page in different langages?
Sitemap with few languages support?
I wrote about problem with that

But looks licke multi language sites are not very popular :(
