Page Copy functionality

Feature request.

I think it would be useful to have a page "copy" functionality under the 
"Contents" structure.  The copy functionality would create a new page and from 
the source then copy the majority of the page setting, the attributes, content 
and the security settings.

An obvious use case would be to streamline content creation in a blog. Once the 
first page is setup with the template, structure, structured template and a 
selection of checkboxes; subsequent pages can simply be copied from the 
original.

It would also be useful when handing content creation to somebody who is not 
familiar with Vosao.  An administrator can copy a page and edit the contents, 
without needing to know which structure template etc sits behind it.
