Page move functionality

It would be useful to be able to move pages around the content tree.  This 
would make life easier when restructuring a site.

This combined with issue 456 (Page copy) could be a way for a vosa developer to 
setup a number of page prototypes, which a Vosa user or content administrator 
could use to copy and move to the appropriate section of the contents tree.

Agreed - while an admin using Vosao can easily reorder a group of child pages, 
I have not found any way to move existing child pages to a different Parent 
page. 

Other popular CMSs usually allow for easy page move functionality all around 
the content tree, often providing a handy menu and/or editable list so that an 
admin can rearrange parents and children as desired, with very few limitations. 
It would be great if Vosao would also allow for this capability.
