Hi,

I translated message.properties to support Brazilian Portuguese.

Could you please add it to the next release?

The file is attached, let me know if it needs any fixing, I was not sure about 
how to encode it (it should be UTF-8 with COB now)

It contains wrong encoding. Also you've added keys which are never used.

Try to use Eclipse plugin http://sourceforge.net/projects/eclipse-rbe/
It will produce correct encoding.
