Language Code missed "Traditional Chinese" and "Simplified Chinese" #530

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Language in config panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In Chinese, there are two common codes, one is "Simplified Chinese(zh-CN)", 
another one is "Traditional Chinese(zh-TW), although I can add it by myself but 
since they are commonly used so I believe it should be better to add them to 
the default list.
